What should I do if I have a problem with a product under warranty?

If you encounter a problem with one of our products, contact customer service by sending a photo of the problem to hello@aglaiaco.com.

The first thing we'll do is see if the problem is repairable. If the product is not repairable, we will replace it or issue a credit note, within the limits of its warranty.

For a return under warranty for repair, the cost of return is at our expense for 9 months in metropolitan France, and the cost of return is at our expense only for the original destination country of the order. After these 9 months, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

If you need to make a return at your own expense, you are obliged to take out a tracking option and insurance on your parcel, in which case we will not be able to compensate you in the event of loss or theft.
