1. Create an account on our platform dedicated to our ambassador program via this link.

2. Offer discounts to your friends and family on their orders through your link.

3. Earn commissions every time someone places their first order using your link.

Discount and commission amounts vary according to your profile. You'll be able to access this information once you've created your ambassador account.

You can access your personalized link from your ambassador account once it has been created and validated by our team.

Commissions apply to all customer orders, to products purchased at full price and do not apply to returns, cancellations or refunds.

It is forbidden to share your link on our advertisements and coupon code platforms or to use it to place an order yourself.

We reserve the right to ban and cancel the commissions of any member who does not respect these conditions.

Your personalized link discount may not work in several cases:

• When another offer is applied in the shopping cart, the discount will not be cumulative and commissions only apply to products purchased at full price.
• Your link has changed. We regularly check your personalized links, as they are often appropriated by promotional code platforms and therefore contravene the terms and conditions of the program. If this is the case, you will receive an e-mail with your new link.

All commissions and payments are tracked via your dashboard in your ambassador account, which you'll access once you've registered.

You'll earn commission every time someone places an order with Aglaia using your personalized link.

For example, a €100 order placed through you will earn you €10 commission if your commission rate is €10. Commissions are paid automatically.

There's no limit to the amount of commission you can earn. The more sales you generate through your personalized link, the more commissions you earn.

Your commissions will be paid by the payment method of your choice: bank transfer, PayPal, credit card. It's important to configure your payment method in your ambassador area once you've created your account.

Commissions are paid weekly on orders that are at least 30 days old. If the order date is less than 30 days, the commission will be carried over to the next billing cycle.

This period corresponds to the order return period. Please note that if an order is returned or cancelled, your commission is also cancelled.

Your commission may have been cancelled for several reasons:

• The order generated by your link has been cancelled or refunded.
• Your code was shared on our advertising or promotional code platforms.
• The order was placed by you.

Yes, you can use marketing techniques such as social networks or blogs to promote your personalized link. However, please note that we do not accept spamming practices or any other techniques considered unethical.
