What are the delivery and return conditions?

Shipment of your orders

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 48 hours of receipt (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

You will be notified by e-mail as soon as your parcel is dispatched, and will receive your order tracking number to keep you informed of the progress of your order.

During busy periods, order preparation may take up to 72 hours.

Delivery charges

Delivery within France is free for all purchases over €79.00.

For delivery outside the European Union, customs charges may apply and are payable by the customer.

Returns

We understand that buying a piece of jewelry on the Internet can be a daunting experience. So, to allow you to try the jewel at home, and to make sure you're completely satisfied with it, we give you the option of returning it to us within 30 days.

To make a return from France, take your parcel tracking number or your order number, go to our returns platform by clicking on the link below and let us guide you. You'll be able to generate a returns slip that will enable you to send the parcel back to us.

OUR RETURNS PLATFORM

For returns from abroad, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please return any unsuitable products by tracked parcel to the following address:

Upon receipt of your parcel by our logistics team, you will receive an e-mail to inform you of its safe arrival. We will then reimburse the returned product(s) within 15 working days. The method of reimbursement is the one used to pay for your order. For example, if you paid by credit card, we will credit your card. Please note that it is not possible to change the method of payment for a refund.

Return conditions

All jewelry in the European Union (including French overseas departments and territories) is covered by the 30-day return guarantee, provided that :

  • the item is in perfect condition and has not been worn

  • The jewelry has not previously been returned for repair

  • The jewel has been returned within 30 days of the order date.

Return shipping costs

We are responsible for return shipping costs within metropolitan France.

We do not accept returns from abroad.

Exchanges

We do not carry out exchanges. If one of our products does not suit you and you would like to change it, please return your order first and then place a new order.
