What is the returns procedure?

We fully understand that buying a piece of jewelry on the Internet can be a daunting experience. So, to allow you to try the jewel at home and to be sure that you are completely satisfied, we give you the opportunity to return the jewel to us for a refund within 30 days.

To return a jewel from France, take your parcel tracking number or your order number, go to our returns platform by clicking on the link below and let us guide you. You'll then be able to generate a returns slip enabling you to send the parcel back to us.OUR RETURN PLATFORM

For returns from abroad, you are responsible for the return postage. Please return any unsuitable products by recorded delivery to the following address:

Upon receipt of your package by our logistics team, you will receive an e-mail to inform you of its safe arrival. We will then reimburse the returned product(s) within 15 working days. The method of reimbursement is the one used to pay for your order. For example, if you paid by credit card, we will credit your card. Please note that it is not possible to change the method of payment for a refund.
