Reception & Cancellation
RECEPTION
The gift card is sent to you by e-mail immediately after validation of your order. It includes a printable version, ideal for hand-giving or personalizing your presentation.
You also have the option of sending the gift card directly to the recipient of your choice by ticking the dedicated box at the time of purchase - perfect for a last-minute surprise!
CANCELLATION
We accept gift card order cancellations up to 30 days after your order has been validated. The card must not have been used for the cancellation to be taken into account and the amount of the gift card refunded.
For all cancellation requests, please contact our customer service department, quoting your order number to facilitate the processing of your request.
The gift card is valid throughout our site and can be used in one or more transactions until the balance is used up, with no time limit.
To benefit, simply enter the card's unique code at checkout. If the order exceeds the card's balance, you can top it up with another payment method.
The gift card is non-exchangeable for cash and non-refundable in the event of loss or theft.
